First of all, we’d like to take this opportunity to thank all our customers, clients and business partners for supporting us all this time: big thanks all around!
We haven’t been around that long (we’re only about to round out our second year of operation as of this post), but we’re truly fortunate to have earned your trust– be it for a wedding, a birthday, an anniversary, or even simple get-togethers with family and friends.
The cake orders just keep coming in, and of course, we do our best to accommodate each and every single request we get in the course of our operations. True, we have a two-week minimum lead time for all our custom cakes, but if we can squeeze in a cake order with the other projects we have lined up for that particular weekend, we’d only be glad to do so.
Nevertheless, we’ve always encouraged our clients to place their cake orders way ahead of time, as we’d like to dedicate just the right amount of time and effort into putting together any of our cake creations.
This is the case more so during peak seasons– November/December until the end of summer for wedding cakes– and even during off-peak seasons, weekends are still particularly busy (no surprise there, as most parties, events and wedding receptions in Tagaytay happen on Fridays/Saturdays/Sundays).
Note that we have, in the past, turned down certain last-minute job orders, when we know we just couldn’t handle any more deliveries (the December holiday season has always been hectic for us!). We really hate turning away business like that, but we do have an obligation to deliver the highest level of quality of products and services possible for our clients who have already booked us in advance.
Busy is a good thing, especially so for a small business such as ours here at Sofia’s Cakes Tagaytay-Amadeo Road. Rest assured we’re committed to making your experience with us as easy, as hassle-free, and as pleasant as we are able to manage.
