They say that your wedding is the start of a brand new life for you and your husband-to-be. The celebrations, the special occasions, the social events-- those are all just the beginning. For even as you put together everything you need for your dream wedding, you will be learning a lot more about each other, from the most trivial quirks, to the most important details.
How you each prioritize, or manage finances, or solve problems are some of the very useful things to know during your wedding planning stage, sure. But even more mundane stuff from preferences in food, music, or decor, and even how you entertain guests, or interact with each others' family and friends also come into play.
Don't you just adore the color combination on this wedding cake design?
It's a 2-tier buttercream wedding cake we made for a relatively intimate family gathering at Viewsite Cafe in Tagaytay City.
The bottom tier had an ombre pattern in baby blue with the shades going from from darkest to lightest, while the top tier was mostly white. For a pop of color, there were two floral design pieces in apricot orange.
Here's a three-tier wedding cake we recently put together for a Hello Kitty-themed wedding. The cake had a classic white fondant body, with trimmings, floral elements, and candy butterflies in two shades of blue.
Here's a red and white wedding cake we put together recently for a Sonya's Garden wedding in Tagaytay. This beautiful design made use of an all-white fondant wedding cake and fresh flowers: roses in red and white.
