2013 Calendar of Philippine Holidays

The Philippines is right up there at the top of the list of countries with the most public holidays. You can go right ahead and check out the updated list online.

Holidays are a good reason to celebrate! A lot of our kababayans plan their out-of-town trips so that they coincide with long weekends. Some of the more popular out-of-town destinations for those living/working in Metro Manila include Tagaytay, Batangas and Laguna. But it is not uncommon for others to book a flight to Cebu, Davao or Surigao, or take a long road trip to Baguio, La Union or Pangasinan to get away from it all, even just for a few days.
